2. Event Tickets & Experiences (Strict No-Refund Policy)
All event tickets, reservations, and experiences are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Missed events will not be refunded or credited
- Tickets cannot be rescheduled unless explicitly stated
In the rare case that we cancel an event, you will receive:
- A rescheduled date or
- Store credit for future events
3. Custom & Branded Drinkware
All custom, made-to-order, or branded merchandise (including tumblers, mugs, and apparel) is non-refundable.
Because items are produced specifically for you:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We stand behind our quality. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery
Provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the issue
If approved, we will:
- Send a replacement item, or
- Issue store credit (at our discretion)
